Level 2 beginner tumbling focuses on teaching standing back handsprings and round off back handsprings. This class will teach athletes proper form and prepare them to combine level 2 skills.

Level 2 tumbling focuses on perfecting standing back handsprings and round off back handsprings. This class will teach athletes proper form and prepare them to combine level 2 skills.

This class is offered to 3-6 year olds who are interested in having fun learning about cheerleading and the different parts of cheerleading!

This is a beginner level 1 tumbling class. This class will work on cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, back walkovers, front walkovers, and specialty passes. 

This cheer rec class will teach athletes the fundamentals of cheerleading . Athletes will learn how to jump and learn motions that will help them prepare for a competitive team! There is also a strong focus on tumbling.

This class will work on running, standing, and trampoline level 4/5 skills. Skills include standing tucks, layouts, and full twisting skills. Solid and elite level 3 tumbling skills is required.

This is a class that focuses on level 3 tumbling skills. Athletes must have strong level 2 tumbling, including a standing back handspring and a roundoff back handspring. This class will work on standing back handspring series, roundoff tuck combinations, and specialty passes.

A great experience for kids age 5-12 years old! Join us once a week for introductory tumbling, stunting, and jumping. This class is more focused on the team elements found on all-star teams, but with less financial and time commitments. Athletes will be working on a routine that they will perform for family!

This class is perfect for those who might need a bit of extra assistance in practicing the skills of cheerleading. This class is open to ages 5-18. Our gym is wheelchair accessible.

Increase your flexibility, stability, and strength. A class perfect for flyers. This is a mandatory class for elite team flyers.

This is an advanced level 1 tumbling class. Athletes should already have foundational level 1 skills:  cartwheels, handstands, forward and backward rolls. Athletes will perfect their back walkovers, front walkovers, and specialty passes. 

Bring your stunt group or stunt with our 3 other coaches! This class is focused on teaching safe stunting for all levels and positions.
