Level 1 advanced tumbling focuses on specialty level 1 pass, Valdez, back walkover series, and other level 1 combination tumbling.
Must have all level 2 tumbling, (back handspring, running, and standing) this class will focus on running and standing tucks using drills and spotting to teach each athlete.
Level 2 beginner tumbling focuses on teaching standing back handsprings and round-off back handsprings. This class will teach athletes proper form and prepare them to combine level 2 skills.
This class is offered to anyone who is looking to improve their jumps and get in shape! This class will break down each jump with exercises, and teach proper jump form. Adding to that, this class will also offer conditioning to keep athletes in shape
This class is offered to all athletes who have strong level 1 tumbling skills and are working level 2. Must have back walkovers.
This cheer rec class will teach athletes the fundamentals of cheerleading . Athletes will learn how to jump and learn motions that will help them prepare for a competitive team!
This class is beginner-level 1 tumbling. Will be teaching cartwheels, handstand forward rolls, back walkovers, front walkovers, and specialty passes.
This class is for those who have round off backhand springs and standing backhand springs, and are working on technique and specialty level 2 passes
This class is for those who have mastered all their level 2 tumbling and are working on level 3. Prerequisites for this class are round-off back handspring, front walkover round-off back handspring, and standing back handsprings. This class will work round off back handspring back tucks, front walkover round off tucks, front walkover ariels, ariels, and standing three backhand springs.
This class will be every Sunday our Competition athletes do not compete. This class is offered to help flyers gain confidence in stretches and flexibility, while also performing some conditioning to keep them in shape.
This class will be every Sunday our Competition athletes do not compete. This class is teaching level 3 stunting and tumbling. Prerequisites for taking this class are, strong level 2 tumbling, and strong level 2 stunting. Must have a round off back handspring, standing back handsprings, and knowledge of either basing, flying, or backing level 2
This class will be every Sunday our Competition athletes do not compete. The class will focus on level 2 stunting and tumbling, must have strong level 1 tumbling and stunting to take this class.
