We offer multiple elite teams that range from the Mini division (7-9 year-olds) to the Senior division (13-19 year-olds). Elite teams compete all over the United States and requires a large motivation and commitment to cheerleading.
Enjoy the benefits of competing and practicing all-star cheerleading, with less expenses and travel. We offer a few prep teams with varying age levels. These teams travel to competitions within Wisconsin and Illinois. These teams are a great option for those new to all-star cheerleading!
Want to fix your tumbling technique, learn new skills, or learn about all of the elements of all-star cheerleading? Our recreational classes are perfect for everyone! Current athletes and new athletes of all levels can benefit from our wide variety of classes for all age groups (3-18) and levels (1-5)!
Level 1 advanced tumbling focuses on specialty level 1 passes, Valdez, back walkover series, and other level 1 combination tumbling.
Must have all level 2 tumbling, (back handspring, running, and standing) this class will focus on running and standing tucks using drills and spotting to teach each athlete.
Level 2 beginner tumbling focuses on teaching standing back handsprings and round off back handsprings. This class will teach athletes proper form and prepare them to combine level 2 skills.
This class is offered to 3-6 year olds who are interested in having fun learning about cheerleading and the different parts of cheerleading!
This is a beginner level 1 tumbling class. We will work on cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, back walkovers, front walkovers, and specialty passes.
This cheer rec class will teach athletes the fundamentals of cheerleading . Athletes will learn how to jump and learn motions that will help them prepare for a competitive team!
Level 2 tumbling focuses on teaching standing back handsprings and round off back handsprings, as well as other level 2 skills. This class will teach athletes proper form and prepare them to combine level 2 skills.
This class will work on running, standing, and trampoline level 4/5 skills. Skills include standing tucks, layouts, and full twisting skills. Solid and elite level 3 tumbling skills is required.
This is a class that focuses on level 3 tumbling skills. Athletes must have strong level 2 tumbling, including a standing back handspring and a roundoff back handspring. This class will work on standing back handspring series, roundoff tuck combinations, and specialty passes.
This class will focus on increasing athlete's flexibility and strength. Flyer flexibility, jump flexibility, and range of motion will be included. Athletes will also go over multiple forms of conditioning to increase their strength and endurance.
An adult (18 and up) recreational class that incorporates tumbling, stunting, jumps, conditioning, and flexibility training. These ONCE A MONTH class sessions will prepare athletes to perform a small routine at our WI Elite Showcase. CLASS DAYS: Sep. 6th, Oct. 25th, Nov. 22nd, and Dec. 20th. Meeting days may change to twice a month if needed.
Private lessons are available for athletes already enrolled in any of our teams and/or classes. Private lessons are scheduled and priced based on the coach that you partner with. These lessons can be one-on-one or two athletes. If you are interested reach out to a specific coach or contact us to be paired with a coach!
